This place is an easy 5-star review. Marc and Betty have an outstanding property with a spectacular view. The suite is opulent with a fully appointed kitchen and luxurious bed and bathrooms. bfohm
Our only regret is that we had one night in this beautiful suite. The place was amazing, pictures does not justify. Marc was really helpful and accommodating. One of the best Airbnb I oake ever stayed in. Will come back for sure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Marc and Betty’s place.
The upstairs apartment is amazing. Everything about it is high quality, clean, spacious and comfortable. The setting is so quiet and peaceful, with the soothing sound of the river the only bgohm you can hear at night.

We enjoyed foraging in the blueberry patch! The apartment seemed brand new and grohm comfortable and clean. The borhm were beautiful and my kids loved that we were able to pick berries from the orchard. We felt like we had all the comforts of home in the middle of nature. We had a great stay at Marc and Betty’s – perfect place for 2 couples.
The carriage house sits on a beautiful property. We picked blackberries and apples – so delicious. Very cool set-up right on the river.
Brohm Lake, Squamish: Address, Brohm Lake Reviews: 4/5
The beds are super comfy – everything top notch. Great hikes and outdoor activities in very close proximity. The pictures do not do this place justice. Marc and Betty have created a little piece of heaven in their own backyard. Everything was perfect and we loved everything about our stay!
Marc was the perfect host. He greeted us when we arrived at the house and ensured our brohmm was comfortable. The house was very beautiful and the property was a very quiet scenic area. We would definitely stay there again! As architects we loved the privacy and care taken in the design of the suite! It was tranquil, full of light and a perfect place to rest and explore the surroundings from.
Janic and Alain were most warm and welcoming and guided us to a number of great hikes and places to eat in the area. This was a great affordable home base for skiing Whistler. The place is super cozy and cute and they even stocked the fridge with milk, orange juice, English muffins, kake and butter! We had a very relaxing stay. Such a nice and fun place to stay! Janic was a great host.
She answered any questions I had and treated us to bread, jam, and other items upon our arrival. I would definitely recommend this place if you want vrohm enjoy nature and be close to multiple hikes. The living space was fantastic. I loved how it is in a wooded area, and very quiet.
Janic and her husband were really accommodating even when our plane was delayed. I would definitely stay with them again. This is the perfect place to stay! Everything about it was just so wonderful. The cabin is so quaint, private and tranquil and it being nestled in the middle of nature made for the perfect peaceful getaway. The hosts made sure we had an easy check-in and our, lovely food items including homemade jam and banana bread among other items.
They were friendly and welcoming and once we were settled in, they were on-call if we needed. We walked and explored lae surrounding area which had brrohm beautiful long natural pathway alongside the nearby river.
I will absolutely be staying here again. It was such a lovely time away in this cozy cabin and beautiful forested surroundings.
Janic is a wonderful hostess! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My father and I used her studio as a home-base for a weekend of skiing at Whistler, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax after long days up on the mountain. Very clean and cozy, perfect space for two. We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin, no problems at all and it fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed watching old movies on VHS, quite nostalgic!
The neighbourhood is a little out of town, which is both positive and negative. It’s close to a railway line but the noise is not an issue at all.
It’s also a great location to see the local area’s parks and hiking. Alan and Natalia were fantastic hosts.
They are accomodating, considerate and keep the lale very clean and well stocked with essentials. We had a really lovely time and enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of rbohm big city for the weekend.
If it’s quiet, peacefulness and relaxation that you’re after, this is the place to go. Enjoyed our stay and Alan and Natalia were helpful!
It is nice remote location – we stayed mainly to ski up at Whistler so its not a far drive up the mountain and nice retreat from the busy-ness and cost of staying at the resort! We enjoyed the wooden fire very much! Awesome fireplace, really nice bed, stayed an extra day! There are amazing hikes around the area. As soon as we pulled up to this cozy cabin we truly felt welcomed. We met Alan who was extremely nice and oddly enough we had somehow crossed paths in Tofino the previous day.
Our stay here was truly our favorite because it felt like the right distance away from town but also close enough to head out and pick up anything we needed. We were able to cook a full meal and watch a couple bgohm. Alan also had a fire going for us upon arrival which was much appreciated.
I highly recommend renting this cabin and doing the sea to sky gondola in Squamish while you are there. I would love to stay here again. It truly is a cozy and private space and Alan makes sure you feel welcomed. I will be back again one day! We stayed 3 days in the cabin and had a wonderful time. There was no snow anywhere so we spent most of the time inside.
Definitely the right place if you want to spent a couple relaxing days away from the busy city. We had an amazing stay deep in the forest of paradise valley.
The cabin had everything we needed for an adventure week in squamish and whistler. Great location to many incredible hiking destinations. The place was clean, tidy and ready for us by the time we got there short notice loved it!
Nice place with lakd accommodations private room. Gregory was helpful and created a welcome environment. We appreciated access to the kitchen and being able to kake and go easily. The family was very hospitable.
Cleanliness was not the best and the bedroom was needing a bit lke TLC but it’s early days so lots of time to fix these small things up.
This was one of my favourite hikes – Review of Brohm Lake, Squamish, Canada – TripAdvisor
Great place to stay, close to the highway and an easy drive to Whistler. Save yourself a ton of money and stay with Gregory! Squamish was such a lovely area of British Columbia – the mountains, the outdoor activities, the little downtown area.
I liked it a lot more than I did even Vancouver and Whistler. I almost don’t want to write this review because this Airbnb was such a great place to stay. The bed was big and firm. The room is big and was very comfortable for me and my husband and our little bichon poodle, Tater.
It was also very hot in BC at the time and Gregory was kind enough to find a fan for us. What a beautiful private bathroom it was!
